Cancellation Policy

At SPMU Oxford, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Booking & Payment Terms: When you book a service on our website, we will collect your card details securely at the time of booking. Please note: Deposits will be taken immediately for PMU or SMP services. Your card will only be charged once your booking is confirmed. Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be fully refunded (if the payment has already been processed). If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card. Patch Tests: It is the customers responsibility to book and attend their patch test appointment for the desired service at least 48 hours before their scheduled treatment. Patch tests can be booked at any time in advance, provided they are completed no later than 48 hours before the treatment appointment. Patch tests are a mandatory safety requirement to applicable treatments. If a client fails to arrange or attend their required patch test within the specified timeframe, their appointment will need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Where a client has not completed their required patch test within the required timeframe, and the appointment cannot proceed as a result, the booking deposit (only) will be retained. Clients with outstanding patch tests will be contacted however it remains the clients responsibility.
