Service Description
Our annual top-up service helps maintain and refresh your permanent makeup for a flawless look year-round. However, not everyone will need this—it depends on how well your skin has retained the pigment, lifestyle and if aftercare instructions were followed closely. We’ll assess your results and recommend a top-up only if it’s needed to keep your look vibrant and fresh.
Cancellation Policy
At SPMU Oxford, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Booking & Payment Terms: When you book a service on our website, we will collect your card details securely at the time of booking. Please note: No payment will be taken immediately. Your card will only be charged once your booking is confirmed. Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be fully refunded (if the payment has already been processed). If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee will be charged to your card. How to Cancel: To cancel your appointment, please contact us via email or phone using the details provided in your booking confirmation.
